**Role Purpose Statement**

This position will support the Pricing Manager and Product Management team to optimize Bunge’s B2B oils profitability. The Pricing Analyst will support the team on all pricing related matters, including developing and maintaining pricing models; using historical data and competitor information to provide crucial pricing insights; identifying opportunities for margin improvement, and tracking benefits of new pricing guidelines and methodology.

**Main Accountabilities**
- Compile and review existing costing models, from SAP, for key products. Work with various functions to ensure accuracy of standard costs.
- Based on costing data and historical sales prices/margins, develop, and maintain a pricing structure for pricing SKUs, based on sales volume, geography, channel etc.
- Work with Pricing Manager and Data Science group to develop tools for Sales Management to build price quotes and manage pricing execution.
- Work with Sales and Finance to develop pricing reports for improved business insights.
- Track pricing tools’ usage and performance and adapt as necessary.
- Support the business development/new product development process by providing pricing and margin guidance for new sales.

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**
- **Data Analytics - **Compile and review existing costing models, from SAP, for key products. Work with various functions to ensure accuracy of standard costs. Work with Pricing Manager and Data Science group to develop tools for Sales Management to build price quotes and manage pricing execution
- **Data Mining and Modelling - **Based on costing data and historical sales prices/margins, develop, and maintain a pricing model for pricing SKUs, based on sales volume, geography, channel etc.
- **Market Profiling - **Work with commercial and other customer facing colleagues to understand and map out customer profile and competitor landscape.
- **Product Development/Innovation Management - **support the new product development process by providing guidance on pricing and margins for new products
- **Business Performance Management - **Work with Sales and Finance to develop pricing reports for improved business insight.
- **Stakeholder Management - **coordination across functions, including Sales, Finance, Controlling, Innovation to collect necessary data as well as implement new pricing guidelines and methodologies. The Pricing team will need to drive cultural change across the organization as we move to a more strategic pricing approach **.**

**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience gained in manufacturing or trading industry. Familiarity with commodity or food ingredients a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable dealing with large data sets. Familiarity with coding and data analytic skills a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP is beneficial
- Excellent communicator (both verbal and writing), with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Go-getter; proactive and a team player
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and across multiple geographies
