**Responsibilities**
- Define the synergy strategy to achieve portfolio objectives towards deal value realization.
- Develop holistic roadmap including Day 1 scope, approach, and readiness; and drive the day-to-day execution of the program.
- Lead the end-to-end synergy initiative in partnership with the stakeholder.
- Actively identify and manage program's risks and solve cross-functional integration issues.
- Develop synergy initiative and program-related key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of portfolio-value drivers.
- Prepare regular program status reports and / or management briefings to key stakeholders.
- Conduct post-mortem processes to capture end-to-end deal learnings and best practices.
- Become a trusted partner and work closely with stakeholders.
- Serve as a member of the portfolio team to drive deal-related decisions and milestones.
- Contribute to the company knowledge management system through the refinement of integration and build-out of repeatable process strategy and toolset (e.g., playbooks, process flows, work plans) that incorporate prior experience.

**Requirements** 5+ years of related professional experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading post-merger integration of tech projects or as a hands-on ecosystem orchestrator.
- Experience working with blockchain-based companies, digital asset fintech and/or a strong passion for Web3.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining APIs
- Ability to combine business and operational concepts to lead multi-faceted and highly complex acceleration efforts.
- Strong team-player with ability to work with multiple cultures and to tailor work style and messaging to function effectively across a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and executive presence.
- Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at one time, and rapidly change priorities based on business needs.
- Strategic, quantitative and financial modelling skills.
- Data savvy with the ability to drill down and identify key drivers and communicate insightful, actionable recommendations.
- Tech background with business acumen is compulsory.
