Narvi Maritime Pte Ltd is a young and dynamic company founded by specialists in the Marine Spares Logistics industry. Within a short period of time we have built a strong customer base which we now want to expand by bringing on more people to our organisation.

We are therefore looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Singapore.

Other than a fundamental education, good language skills in English as well as IT skills we are open for any type of background. The most important thing is that you have the drive and interest to work from a desktop with our Customers and Agents across the Globe in a sometimes high paced and stressful environment. We are entrusted by our clients to fix complex logístical challenges and our ability to do this successfully is what motivates us the most. It will be an advantage if you are familiar with logistics, shipping or port agency.

Your tasks will be;
- collaborate with agents on quotations to customers,
- monitor and coordinate deliveries including securing the proper documentation,
- help keep a tight record on movements and stock, invoicing, cost control and more.
