Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient transportation strategies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage documentation, including customs clearance, bills of lading, and invoices, to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on shipments and resolving operational issues in a proactive manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service providers to foster collaborative environments and drive business growth.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Maritime Studies is essential, while relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of success in logistics, freight forwarding, or maritime operations, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software applications, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
