**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Alignment & Execution**
- Work with management to align business objectives with product development and market expansion strategies.
- Execute product development plans, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer preferences, and company goals.
- Implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing FMCG retail food products to ensure successful market entry and growth.

**2. International Brand Preparation**
- Lead the effort to ready the brand for international expansion, focusing on compliance with global standards and market requirements.
- Ensure all branding, packaging, and product positioning are tailored to meet the needs of international markets.

**3. Event & Tradeshow Leadership**
- Plan, organize, and lead the execution of local and international tradeshows and events to promote the company’s brand and products.
- Represent the brand at industry events, building connections and strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders.

**4. Partner Communication & Relationship Management**
- Maintain open communication with partners to ensure collaboration and maximize the value of the company’s brand.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, distributors, and retailers to expand business opportunities.

**5. Skill Development & Industry Knowledge**
- Stay informed about the FMCG food industry, including trends, regulations, and consumer preferences.

**Requirements**:
**- Education**: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

**- Skills**:

- Willingness to learn about FMCG retail food products, market strategies, and international trade.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage events, tradeshows, and partner relationships.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

**- Attitude**: Positive, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills to support business growth and international expansion.
