Responsibilities
- Working closely with marketing and sales to gain a thorough understanding of waste sources, identify new treatment and recovery opportunities, and assist the resale team in commercializing recovery products.
- In collaboration with operations departments, devise a cost-effective treatment/recovery method for new incoming industrial waste.
- Establish and expand the analytical and process capabilities of the laboratory.
- Develop and implement new waste treatment/management technologies in collaboration with universities/research institutes.
- Continuously improve operation treatment by optimizing processes or implementing alternative treatment methods.
- Adhere to the procedures, as well as the current system and documentation.
- Assist auditors with their inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Result-oriented, able to achieve targets through individual hardworking and teamwork.
- Good analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Time: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
