**Summary of Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead customer audit readiness process including coordinating with Quality, IT, Operations, and sales to meet requirements including:

- Warehouse readiness lead - implement WMS, label bins, RFID technology, etc.
- Partner with IT to implement new ERP modules to mirror system capabilities for the Gexpro Services ERP system
- Implement established Gexpro Services quality requirements into the TCR environment in partnership with the supplier quality team. Act as a change agent and be a voice of TCR to the Gexpro Services team.
- Act as the on site contact for TCR integration efforts with Gexpro Services including:

- Physical Inventory
- Facility move
- Introduce TCR to Gexpro Services’ customers, suppliers and processes
- Act as a Program Manager for newly transitioned programs from Gexpro Services to TCR
- Train TCR employees on Gexpro Services program management processes including customer requirements, program financial metrics, OTD, fulfillment, etc.
- Support recruitment efforts for local sales and program management support for transitioned programs
- Develop a strategic and targeted customer service approach to attain and exceed annual sales quota and commercial margin rate of assigned customer account worth at least $1M in annual sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by understanding needs, objectives, and pain points to manage their supply chain.
- Manage discrete, ILM, VMI and/or consignment inventory program(s), assessing the risks and opportunities, while consistently improving the fulfillment process.
- Working independently and/or with cross-functional team members to resolve complex escalations from customer such as resolve shortages, possible line down, quality issues.
- Guarantee parts are ordered timely to insure on-time delivery.
- Identify key parts for overseas COGS deflation and own execution on deflationary efforts.
- Drive process improvements.
- Ensure prompt payment on invoicing.
- Review customer forecast and usage through data analysis to show current trends and predict future trends to prepare correct stocking levels with consideration to lead times.
- Provide technical and product knowledge support to supplier and customer base though coordinated quarterly discussions to ensure account is properly maintained.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong industrial B and C-class level component knowledge including but not limited to mechanical/ electrical products, fasteners, and fabricated goods.
- Strong sales and/or service background.
- Proven success in a leadership position.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-based mindset to drive decisions with influence.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a high degree of self-confidence, passion, initiative, and a commitment to teamwork and customer service.

- High attention to detail and level of accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records.
- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Offices, specifically Microsoft Excel as well as relevant ERP systems and Customer Relation Management tools (CRM).

**Compensation Range: US$65,000 - US$68,000**

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
