Our Client, Manufacturing industry, has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the team as a **Customer Service Executive.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and enter orders into the system, acknowledge customers’ P.O.s
- Update weekly delivery schedule & update open order items that already shipped.
- Update order quantities on MS/MRP.
- Liaise with customers on current and forecast orders, monitor status of ordering, inventory and outstanding accounts.
- Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, etc. for goods dispatch/delivery amendment and cancellation.
- Liaise with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure order fulfilled as per requirements e.g. timely delivery.
- Perform the above for sample requests where applicable.
- Any other tasks related to order fulfillment (including unique requests).
**Job Requirements**:
- At least Diploma & 3 years experience in Customer Service, planning or sales administration
- Confident, able to work independently.
- Proficiency of use of computers especially Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility for more task, as require be Internal & External requirement.
- Positive respond and Initiative
- Responsibility to ensure task being completed on time.
- Interpersonal and communication fair
- Good team player
**OTHER INFORMATION**:
- Working Location: West
- 5 day work week
- Basic up to $3.8K
