Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order.

Handle visitor and notify relevant staff of guest arrivals.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or water to guests and visitors as needed.

Administrative duties:
Administrative Support

Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Maintain office supplies / pantries inventory and place orders when necessary.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and room bookings.

Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintain and update employee and company records as needed.

Travel & Logistics
Arrange employee air tickets, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations.
Manage courier services, mail distribution, and record-keeping.

Employee Support Services
Assist with onboarding/resignation formalities.
Print employee name cards, stamps, and other materials.
General ad hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Education: Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: 3+ years in office administration.

Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English

**Skills**:Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power-point).
Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
