Assist in building / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance work.
- To perform general corrective & preventive maintenance of HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machineries and items to be used.
- Conduct periodic routine inspections for the proper operation of the facility.
- Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors.
- Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and report irregularities to site manager.
- Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works.
- To diagnose on building related faults and perform immediate minor rectification works.
- Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance in the building/facility.
- Experienced in repairing of door accessories and hardware, painting work and carpentry works as and when required.
- Hands-on support and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. Building repair works, basic carpentry works, sanitary & plumbing defects & etc.)
- Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operation and management.
- Routine inspection on building/facility, building fixtures and fittings & etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month
