RHVAC Service Technician

**Location**: Tuas Crescent (EW31), Singapore
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: S$1,500-2,500/month (basic) + performance bonus
**Work Hours**: Mon-Fri, 8:15am-6:00pm (occasional OT)
**Leave & Perks**: 14 days annual leave, 14 days paid sick leave, company shuttle; cross-border commuting from Malaysia possible

About the Role

Join our RHVAC team handling installation, servicing, troubleshooting, compressor overhauls and project reporting for marine and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, service and troubleshoot air-conditioning & refrigeration units; perform compressor overhauls
- Work independently or within a team at local/overseas sites
- Coordinate team activities to meet timelines; communicate proactively with clients/crews
- Prepare daily progress/closure reports; survey/inspection reports
- Perform material take-offs and labour estimates for RHVAC jobs
- Coach junior technicians; ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental standards
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning **or** Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- ≥2 years’ hands-on experience in **marine RHVAC** systems (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle, line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery, pressure testing and vacuuming
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams; knowledge of HVAC controls (including PLC)
- Proficient written and spoken English for technical documentation and client communication
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to work independently and as a team player
- Comfortable working long hours in hot/humid shipyard or onboard environments when required
- Compressor overhauling experience is an advantage

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
