**Location**: Tuas Crescent (EW31 - Green Line)

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Basic Salary**: S$2,000 - S$2,500 (depending on experience)
- **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Rest Days**: 8 days off per month
- **Overtime**: Occasionally required
- **Leave Entitlement**: 14 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave
- **Others**: Annual bonus, company transport provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, testing, servicing, and overhauling of compressors for air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and repair RHVAC units and related systems
- Work independently or with a team locally and/or overseas
- Update and submit daily Progress Tracking Reports and job closure reports
- Coordinate team activities to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare inspection/survey reports and estimate labor and material costs
- Communicate with clients or vessel crew regarding technical issues and provide recommendations
- Mentor junior team members to improve their technical skills
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by management or HOD

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in marine RHVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of:

- Refrigeration cycle theory
- Line components, circuit flushing, refrigerant recovery
- Pressure testing and vacuuming
- Electrical circuits and HVAC controls (including PLC)
- Skilled in compressor overhauling and RHVAC troubleshooting
- Proficient in report writing and verbal communication
- Analytical, reliable, and a strong team player
- Able to work long hours in hot and humid environments on board vessels and in shipyards
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and guide others

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
