RHVAC Service Engineer

**Location**: Tuas Crescent (EW31), Singapore
**Employment type**: Full-time
**Salary**: S$2,800-4,000/month (basic) + performance bonus
**Work hours**: Mon-Fri, 8:15am-6:00pm (occasional OT)
**Leave**: 14 days annual leave + 14 days paid sick leave

About the role

Join an industrial equipment supplier specializing in Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (RHVAC). You’ll attend job sites, lead/coordinate technicians, and ensure safe, quality delivery across commissioning, servicing and project work.

What you’ll do
- Commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and installation of RHVAC equipment/appliances
- Lead or work within a team at customer sites; conduct surveys/inspections
- Liaise with clients on technical matters and project coordination
- Plan resources and project schedules
- Produce survey/inspection reports, progress reports and close-out reports
- Support Sales/Commercial with material take-offs and labour estimates
- Train junior RHVAC technicians
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental standards

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or equivalent experience
- ≥2 years’ hands-on RHVAC experience
- Strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle and RHVAC troubleshooting
- Able to read electrical circuit diagrams; knowledge of HVAC controls (including PLC)
- Proficient written and spoken English for technical documentation and client communication
- Solid technical writing, leadership/coaching and analytical skills
- Independent, reliable, and a collaborative team player
- Bonus: Familiar with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project/Primavera) or AutoCAD

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
