- Coordinate Import/Export Operations: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the import and export activities, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods while adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping documents, customs paperwork, bills of lading, and other relevant records. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain a systematic filing system.
- Supplier and Customer Communication: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers to coordinate and track shipments. Provide timely updates to relevant parties regarding shipment status, delays, and any other pertinent information.
- Logistics Management: Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, warehouse, and transportation, to ensure seamless coordination of goods flow. Coordinate with external logistics providers to optimize transportation routes, select carriers, and negotiate freight rates.

**Job Description
- Min education level: Diploma or Degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field.
- Experience in import/export operations and logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and urgent requests.
