Singapore FROSTS FOOD & BEVERAGE (PTE.) LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Import / Export documentations.
- Process of Import / Export shipments and all related transactions and processes
- Liaising with forwarders and overseas agents with regards to incoming / outgoing shipments.
- Handle documents and coordination to ensure smooth shipment and timely collection of cargoes.
- Check on the Vendor's invoice for costing and Invoicing Export customers for payment.
- Declaring all Types of Customs Permits and other required processes to facilitate the smooth movement of goods in and out of Singapore in Compliance with the Singapore Customs requirement.
- Monitoring and following up of import / export shipment and checking shipment status regularly.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters.
- Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any related tasks that are assigned.

**_It would be an advantage if you have: _**
- The Customs Competency Test for Declarants (SC401)
- 1 - 2 years experience in performing permit declarations with a good track record Experience in liaising with stakeholders on material or information requirements by customs authorities or agencies on all customs-related queries related to permit declaration
