**Accounts Executive (AP)**

**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Supports in the development and production of management reporting related to among others but not limited to:

- P&L, B/S and Cashflow, particularly on AP
- Ownership of execution of Accounts Payables
- Registration of adhoc non-PO invoices
- Reconciling of PO invoices via the Group’s middleman software
- Reconciling of invoices with third party vendors
- Ensuring accuracy of tax impacts on vendor invoices
- Ensuring AP subledger is clean with correct offset of payments against invoices
- Ensuring AP subledger is clean with correct offset of payments against invoices
- Ownership of weekly payment runs
- Preparation of weekly payment runs via system and bank for PO/non-PO invoices
- Understanding of different payment platforms
- Direct communication with suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers when required, for Statement of Accounts
- Maintains relations with (external) parties like management, accountants, banks, governmental organizations. Supports with fiscal and legal compliance by for example monitoring recurring audits by external auditors
- Periodic activities:

- Support the monthly financial statement close process particularly on AP/food costs
- Filing of invoices (when applicable)uditors for year-end audit
- Filing of invoices (when applicable)
- Continuously drives improvements allowing the (Finance) organization to keep up with the fast changing and dynamic environment
- Demonstrates ability to operate in a fast-changing environment including the possibility of an implementation of a new ERP system
- Reports directly to the Finance Manager daily and in absence to

Finance Director
- **Education / Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years AP experience
- Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge (e.g. IFRS, area tax regulations, tax)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both English and Chinese.
- Team player, outspoken with strong work ethic and commitment
- Advanced Microsoft technical skills particularly Excel
- Ability and willingness to adapt to changes for improvements, particularly on systems and internal controls
- Driven individual who can communicate effectively and openly, and look to develop himself/herself across functions within Finance
