**Responsibilities**:
- Management of Sales target achievement New Car (Order, Production/Quota, Wholesale and Retail) and Used Car (Provenance) for [Allocated Dealers within Asia Pacific market cluster]
- Development of quarterly Dealer Sales Programs and Bonus letter, alignment with GM Sales and Dealer Communication
- Manages the forecasting for the execution of successful sales and production planning with the aim of achieving sales targets as well as financial targets.
- Develop the short, medium and long term sales and wholesale programs along with tactical deployment in order to ensure that regions are achieving all targets (New Retail, Used Retail, Wholesale, Production, Prospect, test drive and conversion rate.).
- Development and steering of a long term sustainable Market Strategy [Market Cluster] ensuring improved UHNWI penetration.
- Manage [Market Cluster] KPI Report, Sales Reporting and Competitor Analysis. Develop gap analysis and define improvement measures to ensure target achievement.
- [Market Cluster] Marketing planning and implementation. Definition of market appropriate marketing communications and event planning and Dealer implementation.
- Management of Regional Product Portfolio and Vehicle Pricing (including FX and import duty and local taxation implications; Option Package and Regional Bespoke Vehicle planning and Target setting.
- Regional BEV Roll-Out Management (market specific), Dealer Readiness Preparations, Coordination and creation of BEV dealership material for APAC markets
- Manage Regional Roll-Out of RR Connected Services
- Staff supervision and staff development for CR-V-3 graduates
- Business forecasting and analysis to update key stakeholders on retails/ wholesales, stock and production fill situation
- Monthly dealer [Market Cluster] KPI reporting to convey KPI achievement and influence on dealers to close gaps to Target.
- Regular dealer support [Market Cluster] on ordering/production topics, Marketing activities, CRM requirements
- Coordination with HQ Product team (CR-V-P) on regional vehicle pricing and option packages
- Steering Dealers [Market Cluster] for KPI achievement through a multitude of success enablers
**Requirements**:
- University degree in Management, Business Administration or proven ability in similar function
- Min 8 years professional experience in the automotive industry (preferably with a luxury, small volume OEM), in the areas of Sales Planning (Retail, Wholesale responsibility), Area Management, Product and Pricing Management.
- Outstanding analytical and planning skills, detail oriented and consistently produces accurate results even under pressure
- Strong communicator towards all levels within the business and towards business partners
- Strong holistic business judgement and understanding of commercial aspects and financial management
- Strong Rolls-Royce / Luxury car product knowledge and ability to define options packages and pricing
- Ability to manage dealer partners as well as internal team members to achieve the required results
- Understands or can quickly grasp and communicate the relationship between processes and systems
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives
- Experience in identifying opportunities for optimization and driving change within an organization to align projects and daily work with the overall business objectives.
- Strong working knowledge of Ordering and Sales Management System (SMS)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Excel, and Salesforce
- Strong communication skills, oral and written in English
