About the Team
The global pre-owned luxury operation team aims to deliver high-quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the daily category operation for the TikTok eCommerce pre-owned luxury business globally.

With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce operations team in the US/SG/HK/EU, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Acquire and incubate pre-owned luxury bags brand principals, distributors and merchants to support category growth.
2. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
3. Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
4. Utilize data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. 5+ years experience in pre-owned luxury bags category management; mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred.

2. Strong connections with brands and distributors are preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of the merchant landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
5. A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
6. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and strong in problem-solving.
7. Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based E-Commerce is highly preferred.
