**Responsibilities**
- Analyse and draw out rich insights from large sets of data from multiple sources (e.g. Google Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehouse, ContentSquare, Qualtrics or 3rd-party sources) in order to develop key insights for the business
- Present findings and insights using Excel / Powerpoint / Tableau / other visualization tools to the Product Owners, Designers, Partners and Management to help make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and recommend relevant actions that provide meaningful results to the business function e.g. competitor analysis, market share and acquisition drivers, identifying new growth opportunities.
- Provide analytical horsepower to shape business strategy and provide analytical steering for the business e.g. market forecasting, opportunity sizing, customer base profiling, customer segmentation, business casing.
- Work with the business to create self-help performance dashboards for recurring metrics to drive incremental growth.
- Provide analytical support during the weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews and forecasts.
- Drive and deliver new data capabilities through ingestion of relevant datasets (with support of IT) and building foundational data structures to support reporting, analysis, and combination with other telco data sources
- Ensure compliance to data governance as well as data integrity

**Requirement**
- Bachelor preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics
- Related quantitative field with min. 3 years of relevant work experience in business analysis for digital data
- Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and business acumen
- Ability to collect and organize data, analyze and formulate insights
- Ability to tell compelling, data-driven stories or insights based on large, complex data sets
- Ability to create polished data driven presentations for executive and board-level consumption
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SQL, VBA
- Experience writing SQL/SAS queries and pulling data from enterprise data warehouse
- Good to have hands-on experience in building dashboards with Tableau.
- Good to have Telco or Marketing experience
