We are seeking a Data Insights Manager to join our team.

  • Develop insights from both external and internal data to facilitate evidence-based decision making at all levels of the University.
  • Build databases, develop data analytics and implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
  • Refine existing processes and define new processes in data collection to support decision-making at all levels of the University.
  • Work in teams of stakeholders across various units.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD degree in Social Sciences or STEM fields, with empirical and quantitative skills, good coding skills, and strong communication skills. Visualization skills are an added advantage.
