Job Title: Data Insights Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Insights Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business strategy, performance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern BI tools.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields.

Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries is a strong plus.

Proven ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights that drive measurable business outcomes.

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.

Hands-on experience with modern BI/visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.

Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
