Manager, Data Insights & Services (1-Year Contract)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in turning raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data, with a strong focus on utilizing data to create intuitive and impactful reports and dashboards.

Data Gathering and Analysis

• Support development of business cases and projects through data gathering, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and provide and insight based recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.

Report and Visualization

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance senior management dashboards and reports with key performance indicators for early warning and decision making.
• Transform complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations and storytelling.
• Implement functional capabilities to enable business users' access and utilization of information and insights in the form of self-serve dashboards and reports.

Business Intelligence & Communication

• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through effective presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data-driven strategies are understood and acted upon.

Data Quality and Governance

• Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing data issues as they arise.
• Contribute to data governance efforts to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analysis and visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
