This is a senior role with key duties to oversee Prudential’s Corporate Website, which represents the organisation to a wide variety of stakeholders. Important aspects of the role will include managing the functionality of the website, evaluating and managing website performance, facilitating hosting and server management, and coordinating the development, maintenance and update of website content.
The successful applicant will act as the key contact point to the business in respect of the Corporate Website.
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading Prudential’s website.
- Responding to and troubleshooting website issues.
- Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.
- Ensuring that the website is protected by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant or duplicate information.
- Creating appropriate website content aligned with Prudential’s strategy, brand and values.
- Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
- Creating and managing the structures necessary to consistently deliver a high quality user experience on the website.
- Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets our standards.
- Creating and implementing appropriate strategies to grow site visibility, measured with web traffic metrics.
- Ensuring the website remains fully compliant with laws and regulations in all appropriate territories.
Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring our competitors’ websites.
