We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving room sales growth across corporate, leisure, and agency markets. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for securing room sales from corporations, travel agencies, and leisure markets.
- Assist the General Manager and Director of Sales in planning and developing sales strategies for the Rooms Division.
- Conduct 4-6 daily sales calls and client visits to promote room bookings and secure tour group dining reservations.
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Reservations, and Housekeeping to upsell room options, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, confirmation letters, monthly room sales forecasts, and other documentation to support smooth departmental operations.
- Discuss special rates and client requests with the Director of Sales and General Manager.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback, lead post-service reviews with the operations team, and support efforts to minimize guest complaints and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular competitor visits and compile quarterly market intelligence reports to identify trends and inform proactive strategies.
- Attend monthly sales meetings to present sales performance, share market insights, and suggest ideas to improve business outcomes.
- Support Front Office operations when needed, promote repeat business, maintain customer records, and respond promptly to guest feedback or concerns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in corporate hospitality sales
- Proven track record in account management and revenue generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
