
Administrative Officer

Reporting to the Head of Facilities, you will be responsible in providing full spectrum of administrative support to the department and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
**Responsibilities**:
Perform clerical duties and provide full administrative support
Maintain proper document filing system
Source quotations for purchases, prepare comparison quotes for approval and raise purchase requests/orders.
Participate in internal meetings, prepare meeting agenda and take minutes of meetings
Other ad-hoc duties required by the department
**Requirements**:
Possess at least O’ Levels with at least 2 years’ of relevant working experience
Basic technical knowledge in Facilities will be an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to multi-task and proficient in MS Office
