**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information.
- Assist in processing payroll and managing employee benefits administration.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of documents.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
