The Commercial Associate/Executive will be part of a dynamic industry team, working across and supporting the various functions to ensure that the ISEACO’s vision and goals are met.

The key responsibilities and qualifying requirements of this position are as follows:
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing department in marketing research, collecting marketing information, and generating marketing reports based on marketing strategy for company projects.
- Provide operation support to the marketing department in daily activities, including tracing and reviewing vessels’ charter hire, drafting debit notes of charter hire, telecommunication fee, etc.
- Manage company’s container and bulk carrier fixture database by updating the latest fixtures in chartering, newbuilding, snp, demolitions
- In charge of post-fixture operation of company fleet, including charter party, MOA etc, and ensure contracts to be fulfilled
- Liaise with vessels, charterers, brokers, and customers etc to sort out issues arising from fleet day to day operation
- Assist in placing and renewing fleet insurance and claim handling
- Assist department in other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in Maritime Business related
- 1-2 years relevant experience in shipping marketing/commercial
- Good communication skills and positive working attitude, willing to learn
- Self-motivated that can work under pressure or deadline
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsible and meticulous person
- Commercial Associate/Executive is required to liaise with clients and business partners from / based in China. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
