**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is forLee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
- Recruitment, Outreach & Events
- Formulate and implement recruitment strategies of SMU LKCSB postgraduate programmes to the public and interested prospects.
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build pipeline of qualified students to the various postgraduate programmes.
- Consult with prospective students for postgraduate programmes with SMU LKCSB to share information on programmes and admissions criteria.
- Team Management
- Manage a team to oversee recruitment efforts and admissions processes for a suite of programmes within the SMU LKCSB postgraduate programmes.
- Oversee recruitment teams efforts to ensure marketing collaterals are relevant and updated.
- Admissions
- Conduct admission interviews to assess and evaluate applicants for various postgraduate programmes within the SMU LKCSB.
- IT & Systems
- Subject-matter expert for automated marketing and Customer Relationship Management platforms.
- Build and maintain tools to facilitate the processes of the team in recruitment and admissions, and guide team members in the use of such tools.
- Collate and provide enrolment statistics and for reporting purposes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelors degree.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience marketing education products, wholesale, and retail, preferably in an Institute of Higher Learning.
- Good interpersonal skills, prior event planning and administrative/recruitment experience would be advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of postgraduate programmes or education environment a plus.
- Self-starter with initiative, and a good problem-solver.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook required.
- Meticulous with attention to important details.
- Pleasant personality and a strong team player.
