We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Estate and Maintenance Officer to lead our maintenance department and oversee the operations of our office estate.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage both people and property systems effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations and long-term planning.
- Manage all aspects of office estate maintenance, including building systems, safety, and general upkeep.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance and repair works.
- Monitor and manage estate utilities, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for scheduled works and emergencies.
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and estate cleanliness.Support IT infrastructure through basic understanding of CCTV and network cable systems.
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:
- Certified Fire Safety Manager
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and building systems (e.g., power supply, lighting, HVAC).
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, network cabling, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience in estate/facilities management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize tasks, and manage emergency situations effectively.
