Location: Islandwide

**Salary**: Basic Up to $3,300 (Depends on experiences) plus incentive

Shift:
Retail Hours: 5 working days per week

Job Scope:

- Oversee and lead a team of retail staffs including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales
- Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and address any escalated customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Create and manage staff schedules, taking into account peak business hours, emmployee availability and labor budget constraints
- Other duties are assigned
