**About The Role**:

- Drive sales growth and manage sales of surface treatment unit for Malaysia MY), Singapore (SG) and Batam.
- Strategically manage the General Industry business segment in Southeast Asia to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead technical service and field support across all segments in Southeast Asia, ensuring high-quality service, knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate activities in labs located in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam to align with customer needs and business objectives.

**How You Will Do**:
**Sales Management and Development (Singapore, Malaysia, and Batam)**
- Actively explore and develop new business opportunities through high market presence to ensure sustainable growth.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize business contracts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer organizations at all levels, particularly key decision-makers.
- Coordinate the launch of new products at key customers in collaboration with Business Management and Marketing teams.
- Provide training and share technical and commercial know-how with customers and distribution partners to maximize the potential of G-ECT’s products and solutions.
- Maintain and manage sales opportunities, leads, and customer visit reports using Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure accurate demand forecasting to support effective stock planning and reliable supply to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing commercial, quality, and technical issues.
- Meet or exceed net sales and profitability targets while implementing pricing measures in a timely manner.

**General Industry Business Development (Southeast Asia)**:

- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the General Industry segment in Southeast Asia.
- Work closely with distributors, agents, and internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the General Industry sales team to meet targets.
- Monitor and evaluate distributor and agent performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

**Market Intelligence and Strategy**:

- Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities across Southeast Asia.
- Implement value-added selling approaches to meet customer requirements and differentiate offerings.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align business strategies and market initiatives.

**Lead Technical Services & Field support for Southeast Asia**:

- Lead technical service and field support activities across all segments in Southeast Asia, ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Supervise direct report, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and troubleshooting
- Develop and implement standardized processes and documentation in alignment with global standards.
- Conduct technical training for customers and sales teams to enhance capabilities and knowledge.
- Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and align on customer support strategies.

**Lab Oversight (Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam)**:

- Coordinate and oversee lab activities in Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam to ensure alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions through collaboration with lab teams and customers.
- Ensure labs are equipped, staffed, and compliant with corporate and regional standards.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across labs to standardize practices and improve efficiency.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation and adhere to reporting protocols.
- Maintains lab housekeeping according to 5S standards, including the responsible disposal of lab waste, to ensure a safe, compliant, and organized workspace.

**What We Look For**:

- Education: Min Degree in chemistry or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in technical, sales, or commercial roles within the surface treatment industry.
- Track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at various organizational levels, especially with key decision-makers.
- Experience leading teams and providing coaching or supervision to direct reports
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and matrix organization
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable to managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
