**About the Role**:
The localization team is growing and you will play a key role in this expansion. You will work from the Singapore office, and will collaborate with your colleagues in the United States and in Europe to support our team's mission. As Localization Program Manager, you will help ensure that our users around the world have a truly local experience on Twitch, and will also support local marketing efforts in the APAC region.

You will report to the Director of Localization, located in France.

**You Will**:

- Lead localization of Twitch assets from inception to release (Product UI elements, Marketing campaigns, Support pages, etc )
- Oversee all steps of the translation workflow, and manage localization vendors
- Advise and educate the Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design and Support teams on the localization process while representing the needs of our international users and local teams
- Support the APAC Marketing team for the creation of local campaigns
- Gather and prioritize feedback on localization quality for the APAC region and partner with the core localization team and vendors to improve quality. Keep track of localization issues and prioritize fixing.
- Coordinate the release of Twitch additional APAC languages as needed
- Improve the program by continually evolving processes based on feedback and incorporating industry best practices

**You Have**:

- 6+ years of software localization management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a global cross-functional team
- Excellent track record in delivering global products, and understanding of localization challenges
- Experience managing localization vendors and contractors
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and global environment with proven success in project management, execution and multitasking.
- Experience in Localization of Marketing campaigns
- Experience with CAT tools
- Fluency in English and another language (preferably Japanese or Korean)
