**Responsibilities**
BytePlus is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help generate engaging, high converting original content that increases traffic and generates valuable leads. You will be part of the Global Marketing team, collaborating closely with the Solutions and Sales teams to develop compelling content that drives audience engagement and delivers on key KPIs. You will need to have an understanding of key marketing channels, which content and approaches work and why.
Additionally, the role requires excellent understanding of search engine optimization, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. In joining a relatively new team, you will also have a hand at defining BytePlus' brand voice, style and tone to ensure consistency across channels.
You should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative, an expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of business, technology and content trends. This position requires project management, hands-on writing and editing, the ability to define and implement content marketing strategies and, collaboration with BytePlus customers and employees of varying technical depth.
- Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers, and improve shared content across social media channels; content to include white papers, blog posts, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, speeches, and other content as needed
- Lead research to drive thought leadership that fuels white papers, webinars, press, awareness, and a reputation of BytePlus as a thought leader and information resource.
- Conceive new content ideas and drive the process from concept to delivery of the final product
- Write, edit and deliver exceptional content that meets business objectives
- Create content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing, ensuring no grammatical or product related errors, delivery of high quality output.
- Partner with the creative, marketing team to bring content assets to life in designs, from ideation to defining content goals
- Present content ideas and deliverables to internal/external partners
- Proactively collaborate with a variety of groups including other marketing teams, product managers and marketing managers on multiple projects, while proactively setting expectations
- Researching content and consumer/business trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing to target audience.
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines
- Direct BytePlus social media strategy and work with Digital Marketing to grow BytePlus social media presence and engagement, particularly among influencers
- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Tracking content analytics, generate reports and presentations.
- Keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology
- Research, evaluate and drive content development based on the content strategy.
- Craft compelling content to drive brand engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) including images, copy, video, etc.
- Identify creative ways to increase audience engagement, conversion, and lead generation, establishing and maintaining rapport with social media followers and strategic partners
- Liaise with marketing, design, external partners to ensure consistent and accurate content and timely delivery of content
- Work with digital and regional marketing team to understand digital and regional strategy in order to develop and manage the content calendar and generate right content for lead generation
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of Content Marketing experience in the relevant industry (Technology or Internet)
- Ability to manage projects independently with cross-functional stakeholders and kickstart initiatives
- Able to understand and interview technical experts, and create content that presents technical and product-led details in a concise yet informative fashion
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and marketing analytics required
- Good knowledge of personas and the customer journey
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative self-starter and resourceful individual
- Independent Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English (this role will be in charge of writing white papers and business content)
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to excel in the management of cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Creative minded with an ability to conceive interesting idea
