**Overview**

The Creative Designer will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop materials that articulate our brand and product value. You will be responsible for designing customer-facing materials, mainly videos, not limited to presentations, graphics, and assets for advertising campaigns. The role will include conceptualizing updates to our current materials, focusing on mainly video creations, creating designs for new content, and working to update existing materials from our overseas team.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting the creation and content of all BytePlus videos and other visual design materials
- Brainstorming with marketers, copywriters, and brand strategists to bring content plans to life from concept to execution
- Supporting the sales team by creating appealing videos, animations, and other materials.
- Partnering and collaborating with overseas teams to repurpose existing assets for team usage
- Contributing to the development of the initial creative process
- Stay on top of the latest design and digital trends, and ensure they're reflected in our creative assets

**Qualifications
**What you should have**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or any other related discipline

2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital design, and video creation

3. A strong portfolio that showcases your creative ideation, compositing, and technical abilities in video/multimedia design

4. Proficient in multimedia design software such as AE

5. Good communication skills to articulate your concepts in a clear, and concise manner

6. Highly proficient in all aspects of design, with an excellent eye for high-quality artwork

7. Ability to meet deadlines and be well-organized

8. A keen interest in technology, independently staying up to date with the latest developments.
