This role is part of the Integrated Supply Chain function ,We are looking for talented individuals with experience in Business and Systems process management to join our team. Areas of focus are Sourcing and Procurement, Production Planning and Execution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping and Transportation
Dynamic and forward thinking with strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ability to synthesize cross functional demands. Hands on and meticulous with a problem solving mind-set. Good communications and analytical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing cross-functional and cross-organizational project teams to define, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions.
- Understand the supply chain processes and work with Business to define problem statements, propose key changes to improve speed, accuracy, scalability and effectiveness.
- Analyze the business impact that technical choices may have on a business processes and vice versa.
- Implement corrective actions on local business processes and system usage
- Evaluate solution proposals to find alternatives/mitigations, take calculated risks, and perform process re-engineering if required
- Conduct system architecture evaluation and collaborate with cross-functional Business and Technology teams to develop innovative, scalable solutions to improve the architecture
- Implement and commission the new processes / system changes to stabilization
- Drive continuous improvements, initiate new ideas by leveraging on latest technologies within and outside the organization and best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in delivering Supply Chain solutions with in depth knowledge in any of the following areas - Sourcing and Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Shipping and Transportation.

Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a large global organizationa, working with a diverse range of business stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Engineering or Process-based disciplines
- Experience in Business Analysis and Design
- Experience in Program or Project Management
- Experience in Systems Architecture Design
- Experience in ERP processes and ERP integration
- Business Analysis, PMP and/or Lean 6-sigma certification is highly desirable
- Able to think strategically and execute tactically
- Able to handle ambiguity and seek
- Excellent people skills with ability to influence, negotiate and motivate, especially with respect to accepting change
