- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Maintain accurate records of all communications and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient service operations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in change management and customer engagement
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Strong listening skills and empathy
- Project management skills (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation (preferred)
