- Budget & Resource Management: Plan and control resources, including manpower, materials, and subcontractors. Track project costs and ensure efficient budget utilization.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, implement mitigation measures, and handle site or contractual issues effectively.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with LTA, safety, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts to clients and management.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the project team, mentoring engineers and supervisors, and ensuring team alignment on project goals.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing infrastructure/railway projects.
- Strong knowledge of LTA specifications and project governance.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- CSCPM certification (Must)
