The Tech Sales Executive needs to try their best to maximise revenue for the company. His / Her job scope is listed but not limited to below points:
- Understand the products/services the company provides.
- Try to find potential clients list and approach them with an effective and friendly manner.
- Understand clients' needs and try to convert into sales.
- Oversee the customers' projects and followup with the projects' schedules.
- Provide basic support during the project and warranty period.
- Keep good customer relationships for the company.
- Ensure service standard and quality.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Preferred with IT product/service sales experience.
- Always try your best to convert potential leads to customers.
- Need to understand the products/services the company provides.
- Need to travel to the customer's location occasionally to demo or provide general support when needed.
- Willing to receive customers' calls/messages at non-working hours.
- With programming / web development knowledge is a huge add-on.
