**About the Role
LeapFrog Investments is looking for a talented specialist to build digital marketing and customer experience capabilities within our portfolio companies to deliver essential financial and healthcare products to low-income customers. Reporting to Global Head of Customer Centricity, you will work alongside our investment teams to support management teams of portfolio companies in strategic initiatives to drive revenue and customer growth through customer analytics and digital marketing. The position requires a strong understanding of consumers in Southeast Asia and experience in digital marketing/customer analytics.

**About the Role
You will be working with our portfolio companies (banking, insurance, payments, health sectors) in India, Indonesia, Vietnam to:

- Identify and scope digital marketing initiatives to acquire new customers
- Enhance digital marketing capabilities to reduce CAC and increase loyalty, retention
- Build core capabilities in digital team, supplement with vendors/agencies
- Deploy social listening tools to monitor customer sentiments
- Develop customer experience rating system at various touch points of customer journey
- Engage with senior experts for advisory where required
- Monitor the execution of projects and timelines
- Prepare dashboards for Board and investment teams with performance indicators

In addition, you will be working with our investment teams to:

- Coordinate, design & conduct customer interviews and prepare insights for due diligence
- Source and coordinate with agencies for specialised tasks
- Develop and enhance CX DD toolkit
- Publish customer stories and project case stories

**Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related areas from a top tier institution
- 5-8 years’ experience in consulting, research/creative agency, fintech/health tech business or similar
- Experience in primary and secondary research, data analysis, market intelligence, digital marketing, social media, CRM, loyalty programs and related areas
- Curious, inquisitive, collaborative, and ability to listen, prioritise, and structure own work essential. Also likes an entrepreneurial environment and thinking out of the box
- Attention to detail, excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member in cross functional settings with cultural diversity

Experience or familiarity with South Asian markets, marketing tools and platforms
- Passion to build customer centric culture in organisations
- Flexibility, resilience, and the agile mindset required to thrive in an unstructured entrepreneurial environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
