Digital Marketing Insights Specialist

The role of the Digital Marketing Data Analyst has been created to support ongoing transformation projects within our organisation.
The position involves working closely with the Digital Marketing Team and will be based in a central location.
- Designing and managing custom marketing dashboards to deliver timely data insights;
- Preparing weekly marketing reports, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation of findings;
- Working with large datasets from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Matomo, and HubSpot using Excel, SQL, or Python;
- Creating visualisations, charts, and dashboards to highlight trends and performance;
- Providing data-driven recommendations to evaluate marketing and promotional activities;
- Maintaining data integrity through regular cleaning, documentation, and archiving;
- Supporting ad-hoc and campaign reporting, as well as ongoing HubSpot CRM management;
- Assisting in digital marketing initiatives, including asset creation and events.
- A minimum Diploma in a business-related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing data analytics;
- Strong skills in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI);
- Proficiency in English;
- Citizenship of Singapore.
