Job Title: Digital Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and managing custom marketing dashboards to deliver on-demand data insights.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, as well as experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Matomo, and HubSpot.

In this role, you will work closely with the digital marketing team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage custom marketing dashboards to deliver on-demand data insights
  • Handle weekly marketing reports, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation of findings
  • Work with large datasets from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Matomo, and HubSpot using Excel, SQL, or Python
  • Build dashboards, visuals, and charts to highlight trends and performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to evaluate marketing and promotional activities
  • Maintain data integrity through regular cleaning, documentation, and archiving
  • Support ad-hoc and campaign reporting, as well as ongoing HubSpot CRM management
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including asset creation and events

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in business related field
  • Min 2 years of experience in digital marketing data analytics
  • Strong in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficient in English
