**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Main Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
This role will support the assigned key senior leadership team in providing the secretarial and administrative support.
- Co-ordinate and arrange staff travels, including flight and hotel arrangements for the senior management and team members.
- Manage all the expenses claims in Concur system.
- Coordination with other departments to ensure information and procedures and updated and compiled.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, etc.
- Organize and maintain efficient filing system.
- Assist in preparation of presentation slides if necessary.
- Any other ah-hoc duties as required.
**Job Specifications**:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma in Business Administration with Certification in Office Skills/Business/Secretarial;
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in secretarial or administrative position; those with experience in supporting senior management will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to relate and interact with all levels of co-workers.
- Independent, meticulous, positive attitude and people-oriented with good time management.
- Must possess high level of initiative and integrity.
