**Job Summary**:
The corporate secretarial executed support the Group of the corporate secretarial works in line with the Company expectation and requirement. The role is responsible for coordinating Company involvement, managing and administering day-to-day operation of secretarial practices and requirements. Supporting the manager, company secretarial team and working teams in all secretarial matters to deliver and maintain high levels of compliance and corporate governance to the board and stakeholders.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To provide in-house secretarial services in managing and administering day-to-day operation of secretarial practices and requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations associated to the Group of Companies
- To assist in corporate exercises relating to corporate secretarial functions
- To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial documents
- To draft and prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns and statutory documents
- To work with external corporate secretarial firm
- To arrange board meetings
- To be able to handle secretarial duties with minimum supervision
- To attend any administrative and/or others ad-hoc assignments as and when required
- Liaise and communicate with stakeholders and advisers on corporate projects and matters.
**Requirements**:
- Pursuing ICSA, ICSA graduate or member of SAICSA / CSIS
- A minimum of 3 year working experience as inhouse company secretarial practice
- Familiar with the Companies Act, Listing Requirements and other relevant regulations
- Trustworthy, able to maintain confidentiality with integrity and commitment
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Positive working attitude, meticulous and able to meet deadlines
- Organised, committed and able to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
