**Alongside our corporate partner, BCG Digital Ventures launched Terrascope, a revolutionary ClimateTech venture** with an ambitious mission to accelerate the world on the path to NetZero by empowering corporations to decarbonise their operations and supply chains. Our platform will enable companies to:

- **Measure** their carbon footprint including scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions using data science and machine learning to drive fast, accurate and actionable insights
- **Manage** their emissions abatement journey including roadmap, simulation, tracking and project-management tooling to reach NetZero, and marketplace of partners to purchase carbon offsets and green financing to fund the journey
- **Report **on progress to regulators, investors buyers and suppliers with automated disclosure, reporting and certification

The venture is backed by one of the world’s largest food and agri companies and global leader in climate action and sustainability. With their significant strategic advantage and secure funding, the venture is uniquely positioned to drive profit with purpose; driving decarbonization in supply chains while generating outsized financial returns.

We are looking for a **Business Recruiter** to shape, design and execute talent acquisition strategy for Business, Commercial, Sustainability and Product organizations in Terrascope. This role will report into Head of People and play a key role in growing and scaling the venture.

**In this role you will**:

- Define and execute talent acquisition strategy for non-technology functions - including Business, Commercial, Sustainability and Product
- Own relationship with executive team and play a key role in steering hiring direction with sound data analysis and stakeholder management
- Lead innovative strategies to attract top talent in across areas to deliver headcount targets at quality and speed as an expert hands-on recruiter
- Design a structured, fair and unbiased assessment process that yields quality hires and mitigates false positives
- Promote and implement a diverse and inclusive talent acquisition strategy
- Be the go-to-person for executive team and other senior leaders to lead key organizational decisions and management initiatives
- Serve as a thought leader for industry, compensation and market insights

**You should have**:

- At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition with experience in executive search firms and/or high-growth organizations
- Proven track record in defining and executing talent strategy and resource planning taking into consideration budgets, timelines and other needs
- Well-experienced in hiring for niche roles/ senior appointments
- Experience in full life cycle end-to-end recruitment from crafting employer value brand to negotiating offers and new hire onboarding
- Experience working in fast-paced high-growth in house environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to partner with stakeholders of all levels, measured by succinctness and clarity of thought
- Adept at influencing, convincing and aligning stakeholders towards common goals by leveraging data and analytics
- Familiarity and willingness to pick up latest hiring stacks, tools and processes
- Any experience with sustainability / ESG oriented mandates would be a nice to have
