**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage parts return process, including CORE, Claim, PSL parts.
- Handle the delivery discrepancy disputes (NCP cases) from vendor returns
- Handle return inquiries from customers, vendors and internal teams in a professional and timely manner
- Steer the battery core management process and liaise with HQ for necessary actions
