**Responsibilities**:

- Integrated within a digital first team, we are looking for a brand guardian able to develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication assets and tactical campaigns for several business units
- Working with the internal Digital and Performance teams to execute a wide range of above-the-line and below-the-line communications including new and non-traditional marketing channels, in close partnership with the product marketing team and external vendors
- To work with our external creative partners as well as our internal design team to execute campaigns.
- To manage the internal marketing and production team and advertising agencies to ensure optimal quality and timely delivery of advertising campaigns
- To ensure that advertising programs are aligned with brand image
- Assist social media manager with crafting of social media content, campaigns
- Managing social media listening tools to monitor and report campaigns

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications with at least 2 years of working experience in brand management or a related field
- Being digitally savvy and experienced in executing social media marketing and digital programs independently, is a pre-requisite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability in managing a full range of communications mix
- Strong, creative judgement and strategic thinking as well as proven ability to analyze and comprehend complex product portfolio
- Assertive, meticulous and has an eye for detail
- A self-starter and responsible individual who can work independently and at the same time, a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Work well under pressure of tight deadlines
- Able to multi-task and think rationally
- Open Minded, possess a curious and creative mind which relishes a good challenge
- A passion for crafting
