**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job Responsibilities:

- Performs administrative duties such as document control, data entry, records and information management, request for quotations for comparison, creative/graphic design, deliver artwork/video clips etc.
- To support department with workplace safety & health matters
- To organise events including planning and coordination work
- Performs simple data analysis
- Coordinates and assists in daily activities of Corporate Department
- Liaise with vendors and contractors
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

- Possesses GCE ‘A’ Level/Diploma in any field
- Proficient with MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, cooperative and able to work independently
- A good team player with outgoing personality; creative and innovative
- Relevant certificate in workplace safety & health and/or construction related certificate is preferred
