**Operations Assistant**

**Company Description**

Osteopore International Pte Ltd is a global leader in regenerative solutions, and a Singapore headquartered corporation listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: OSX). We are involved in the design, development, and marketing of bioresorbable polymer implants for surgical use. Osteopore’s implants heal bone naturally. They are made of a bioresorbable polymer that dissolves over time, leaving only natural, healthy bone, thus significantly reducing post-surgery complication rates compared to permanent implants. These products are manufactured in-house using 3D printing technology and are now used by surgeons across Asia, Australia, Europe and the Americas.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Logistics handling - arrange for shipment; coordinate with customers
- Process customers’ purchase order and update the purchase order with scheduled shipment dates
- Communicate with production team leader to plan and schedule shipments
- Arrange for local billing and arrange for product delivery
- Monitor and follow up for incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory record for consignment goods, related materials and finished products
- Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for management
- Update Weekly Sales report and order books
- Communicate with commercial team - support requests for information, marketing collaterals and general matters
- Frequent engagement and communication with internal stakeholders including management team
- Liaise with external parties (customers and vendors)
- Any other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma qualification
- Working experience of minimum 3 years
- Must have basic knowledge in supplier chain management, production planning and sales order management
- Good communicator, orally and in writing with strong communication skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer-oriented
- Mature, responsible, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Software literate especially in spreadsheets, word documents, presentation files (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google)

- Salary: $2700 - $3000
- 2-year contract, convertible to permanent position
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00pm
- AWS provided

**Reporting line**
- Reports to Chief Operating Officer or any other designated manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
