Roles & Responsibilities

**Business Function**

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage Cash Operation Department & Vendors to achieve optimal performance, customer experience and risks/controls metrics
- Monitor performance against service contract, cost and budget
- Monitor performance and identify issues, analyse root causes and develop proactive actions with vendors to meet SLA
- Develop indicators (leading and lagging) to identify potential service issues and develop preventive measures
- Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risks/controls
- Provide operational support to BUs for new initiatives
- Provide decision on issues of exception within the scope allowed
- Take charge of ad-hoc projects
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with minimum 10-year experience in Banking Operations or Outsourcing Management experience in Financial Services Industry
- Minimum 5 years of domain expertise in Cash Processing Centre, Cash-in-Transit or High Value goods supply chain management
- Strong leadership skill with analytical and decision-making capability
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong people-relations and influencing skills
- Experience in driving business process improvement & transformation initiatives
- Critical thinking capability - ability to suggest improvements and identify risks
- Strong Service Orientation - ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders' expectations
- Re-engineering/six sigma experience will be a plus
