Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate team of Personal Wealth Bankers to achieve their sales targets by coaching and building an environment for learning and career progression
- Formulate and execute business plans and ensure that bankers meet the professional sales standards through providing quality service and exhibiting operational effectiveness
- Ensure that bankers provide customers with timely information, advice and recommendations to fit their requirements and to adhere to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with the FAA and related actJob Requirements

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry with a good track record in sales of wealthmanagement products
- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Financial Costing, P&L management and business marketing strategies and techniques
- Sound understanding of MAS / banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven leadership and people management techniques

Education
- Minimum a recognised degree in a relevant field
- Possess relevant CMFAS accreditation
